Returns Overview

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because nobody enjoys the ritual of boxing something back up and pretending it’s a personality-building exercise.

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within:

  • 7 days of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item

  • Incorrect product

  • Damaged goods

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items unless faulty

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item:

  • Contact our support team first

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for refund processing depending on your bank or payment provider
